I've generally told potential employers to stick it when they want that kinda stuff without a good reason desu.

But hey it's a barista job. It's entry level casual position. Just do your best and on the side work towards a better job.

Congrats, I used to work at Starbucks for 3 years. First thing seems most intimidating is learning how to write on cups if your store probably doesn't have a sticker machine. Everything has its own abbreviation but get that down first makes life easy. Second would be knowing the different basic coffee drinks like cappuccino to latte, other than that practice on slow days on the POS machine for customizations and boom you're set.
