I'm 19 and still living with my parents while going to College. My Dad is the sole provider for four (including me), and may possibly lose his job. I want to be able to help in any way possible, but don't know how. Working a single job while going to College is only going to bring home probably $200 every other week, but dropping out of College and working two or more seems like that may be the only option. Am I over thinking? I don't want to bring it up with them directly because it would be embarrassing and possibly crushing towards him, relying on his children to support himself.
It's not confirmed, but out of all the past possibilities, this is the one he's worried about the most.

Its best to be direct, if your mom doesn't know ask him in person when you're alone.
Can't you suspend your studies if worse case comes to pass?

If it came to that, I would. I just don't want to end up homeless.
