not really, no one from tinder has ever tried to add me on facebook. just set all the profile settings to extremely private and they wont even know its a dummy account. but yeah plenty of people do it.

I don't think they've opened up for signing up via phone number everywhere yet, it depends on geographical location.
Also it's still Facebook - you're just signing up to their Account Kit, rather than a full fledged account.

I have one to find bi girls for threesomes, but me and my partner are worried of "getting caught". Not that we care, but qhen we had personal profiles there were some problems with people recognizing us that we'd rather avoid.

But unless you have a real reason to be so concerned about your identity, I don't see why setting up a fake account, specially since you're using your pics and name anyway. Using two separate accounts on the phone is a bit of a chore.
