How do you get over the fact you were used if you're anti-social

I should probably mention this happened 3 days ago, if I give it more time will I be less pissed off about it? I think the worst part about this is I have to work with her.

Give it time. I've been in your shoes many times. Seems like all of my relationships desu... Just give yourself some time after this, then, in the future, be careful who you open up to and allow yourself to fall for, at least until you think they actually are genuine. Also, working with exes sucks. But just try and be the better person. It's hard to do, especially feeling like you've been played, but just limit communication and go on with your life, knowing that you'll be better off without someone who only wants to use you.

Eventually you'll stop caring, but it takes time. Give it a month or two. What'd she do to you anyway?

Did she use you for sex? This has happened to me, but I was just happy that they at least wanted my body and moved on.
