A 19 year old friend of mine (girlfriend's cousin, who introduced us and was a friend's boyfriend for a very long time before that, to the point where she's closer to me than she is to my gf) is going through a bit of a rough patch. She lost her car, lost her job, and is now drinking a lot. She got kicked out by her (abusive) parents a week ago and is now functionally homeless, although she's staying with an older sibling who is going to throw her out in a week or two.

I really want to help her, all she needs is a place to stay and then a job, but I can't provide either of those and I don't know anyone who can. I don't even know what to say when she talks about it. What do I say? What advice do I offer her? What should she do?
