Just install my new font but I can't find it anywhere. I thought it was because it was in RAR so I took it out by it still did not work. Shut down and boot up my laptop but still not showing up. I really need this font so please and thanks if you help. Font called Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold.

Looks ur on mac if so go to finder and hold command & option in the go bar to show library, scroll to fonts and make sure its in there as a ttf. If its not a ttf it wont work.
