Hey /adv/, me and my girl broke up today.
The problem is I know she's gonna go on social media and attempt to make me jealous, because she knows I like to stalk her page. I've been here before and every time I see her with another guy it crushes my soul and she knows this.
But for some reason I can't stop checking up on her. Any tips on how to completely erase her out of my mind?

Don't go on her fb page. Block her. Don't go on Facebook for a few weeks. If doing something hurts you don't do that thing. Keep your mind preoccupied on something else. Every time you think about going on her Page open 4chan or any other sit instead.
