Sounds like it could be withdrawal, but could also be a hangover. Don't drink more, drinking to deal with withdrawals or hangovers is a terrible idea. If you start to shake then you need to seek medical attention or have a drink as the more serious stages of alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous. If you drink that much regularly it might be a good idea to speak to somebody about your drinking. You're almost certainly not dying.

My hangovers have developed into complex existential nightmares recently and thats after about 8-10 drinks in a night.

There is certainly a strong psychological component that never used to be present in my earlier hangovers
