Honestly, idk if that's because we're nearly 30, but things seem to flow really naturally most of the time. The "just be yourself" meme is real. If they had previous experiences with that just let them in charge of the flirting and take the lead. We/they know you're the "weak link" who has to be made comfortable, not the other way around.
