Now, being a social retard and all.
If i sent her a friend request on facebook and started a conversation telling her that i remember her from back then be creepy if she asks how i find her on facebook? Or have i lost all grips on reality? I have been subjected to so much rejection in social circles ever since i was a kid so yeah.

yep, if youre chronically depressed than chances are you're overthinking EVERYTHING. try not to think so much.
you have some negative feedback loops going on when you overanalyze. take a step back and just do what feels natural, even if your brain is screaming out. your brain is wrong, or you wouldnt be depressed
