tl;dr Girlfriend has turned my friends against me because I have money, cut my loses and leave?

Should I just cut my loses here? I've been wanting to move for a while and find new friends but I'm a bit hurt at losing my GF. She's my first one and I really do love her, but it feels like a bond has been broken here.

Personally I'd live the lazy life (kind of am but my dad just wasn't rich enough unfortunately) and spend my time on fun hobbies or writing or something instead of a job, but to each his own.
