I'm at a point where I can't tell if i'm depressed or just really bored with my current state of life cause whenever I try new things and put my self out there I eventually get bored and get to a point where I just want to go home just sleep until the next day comes along and I just repeat the same series of events day after day, so I guess what i'm trying to ask is what can I do to stop this without seeking professional help because I'm too poor for a therapist

When your about to do something ask yourself 2 things. What do you want the outcome to be. And what is the purpose of that outcome. In short you need a goal. It's were you'll feel yourself caring.
