You can do activities on how to change your state through changeing body posture and thought exercise to get amped up.
This is such a broad question that requires a lot more information about this event and specialization in the mental health field. This is /advice/, not /psychics/ or /doyourjobforyou/. What kind of mental health? Down sundrome? FAS? Sociopathy? I have no idea what you are even going for - hit people over the head so they can experience brain damage?
