My girlfriend just came home from work and immediatelly started complaining about why I didn't hang up the clothes ordinary after washing them, why the food is not cooked yet even she told me she is hungry, etc.
I see her points, but on the other side I think it's disrespectful as I'm actually washing and cooking for her. She could be more thankful instead of just complaining.
I got a bit mad and said exactly this and that asked whats wrong with her and if she has any psychological problems. Then she went upstairs now, probably mad and angry or crying. Told me she is going to eat later.

have you guys had a conversation about the division of labor? or is there some existing understanding that you are in charge of the home and should have dinner ready for her when she gets off?
