How to improve self-expression when writing?
80% of the time I feel like a retarded 10years old when I read what I'm writing.
It isn't really helping when English is my 2nd language..
Do you guys have any advice on this kind of stuff or even some books that could help me?
(I read a lot in English so just reading books won't help much)

Short answer is
>practice
Long answer is
>practice makes perfect
Start thinking in English. English isn't my native language either, but I write so well people mistaken me for an American or a Brit.
ALSO
Write in English. Not in a conversation, but a diary where you will express yourself in English exclusively.

read more of what you would like to write (fiction; journals; letters; etc)
get some guides online or buy one, there are plenty of books free online, although they may be a bit old-fashioned for the twitter/reddit/4chan generation.
still, the patrician choice.
Don't rush it.
"Sometimes the novel is not ready to be written because you haven’t met the inspiration for your main character yet. Sometimes you need two more years of life experience before you can make your masterpiece into something that will feel real and true and raw to other people." http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/9190758
expand your vocab, preferably english but mothertongue is okay too
read some books, something more difficult to read than harry dotter
