I have some shitty digestion.
I frequently find myself shitting diarrhea/very soft stool and even while taking probiotics in the morning before breakfast and enzyme supplement with each meal.

I try to eat clean with no processed food. Has anyone had this kind of BS and fixed it? This had been going on for a year or so. 26, male.

I don't take any medication.

MAybe you are taking too many probiotics and enzymes? I think you should not take those so frequently, or if you do try to make them natural ones , like yogurt. Maybe one of the brands you take has some ingrediant your body doesn't like.

What are you eating exactly?

Try drinking 1-2 tbl of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every day for a few werks. Sometimes you just gotta clean out your guts naturally like this.

If that's not helping it could be your diet. Most people with celiac disease have those symptoms so I'd start keeping a food diary on hand and see what specifically is making those loose stools.

I'll try the apple cider. Though the probiotics and enzymes did make things better a little bit.

wtf just eat more fiber. Probiotics can only go so far when you're eating too much dairy/protein. If its really bad GO SEE A DOCTOR. You might have something bad going on and don't even know it.

Also vinegar is the worst for upset/nasty stomach issues. Especially if you have acid reflux of any kind.

It's literally just vinegar. Jungle juice medicine doesn't work to cure everything numbnuts.
