are you serious lmao
did you break your nose in the part or had surgery? If you've been seeing a doctor and he hadn't said much about it I highly suggest that you make another checkup with different specialist.

Nobody knows, but the most probable theory is that my bone marrow had fractured while I was a kid and it started to fully bone in the wrong direction for all these years
>headaches (daily for the last 5 years)
>lots of sleep, no rest
that was my life for over 10 years
Yeah i mean i had a severly deviated septum from having my nose broken and having heal wrong because i wasnt aware it broke. Xray showed something very similar to your pic, bone was all crooked and zigzag like. Doc said it was a really bad case but certainly not the worst he has ever seen.
That being said if the procedure is anything similar to what i had done then LOL you are TOTALLY FECKED M8
Shit was a living fucking hell oh my fucking god. Wasnt so bad coming out of surgey but that night was literally torture. By the morning i was ready to plead and make deals with anyone to make the pain stop, obviously that isnt an option but thats how bad it was. Once they took the packing out it improved but still fucking sucked millions of cocks. Had to sleep sitting up. Had to keep head tilted back and change this gauze under my nose at least every hour. Forget chewing food, its not happening without incredible pain. Forget moving at all, period. I got pain from feeling the gust of air when someone would open the door and walk into the room.
I had percs for pain, they didnt do much. Took fuckloads of ibuprofen too. At night id load up on those two and eat several benadryls to make me groggy, id sleep for less than an hour at a time and wake up all night not sure if i waa dreaming or not.
2/10 experience. If i could go back in time im honestly not sure if id do it again it was so bad. Good. Fucking. Luck.

Oh and forgot to mention say goodbye to breathing through your nose for like 3 months or tasting food anymore. However once you can breath normal again everything tastes amazing, like so much more succulent than even pre-surgery. I can only breath well through one side due to how my nose healed after surgery but since its 10000x better than beforehand and i dont feel like im dying all day from lack of oxygen/rest im not even mad. Declined to have a second, less invasive corrective surgery because heck, im not doing that shit again and my results are good enough.
