PLEASE HELP!!
My PC froze while making a weird buzzing sound and now when i reboot/boot my PC it doesn't start on HDMI mode? How can i blindly switch back to HDMI? Or do you think it's another issue?

the computer doesn't start on hdmi mode? that's usually a monitor setting.
turn both off, unplug it from both the monitor and computer, plug it back in, and turn them on again.
