The medicine isn't a cure-all, it will take two weeks at minimum to even get in your system fully. You need to combine medication with a serious effort on your part to change or therapy. The medication is essentially allowing your brain to be rewired but it's still up to you to put in the new wires.

I agree with the first anon. I have been on it a few years now. It prevents my panic attacks. It works for me but you have to work at it as well. It doesn't fix your problems. It helps with anxiety. I have noticed it made me gain weight and lowered my sex drive temporarily. The sex drive returned to normal but it took awhile.

Currently only using vitamins (B and D).

good for general anxiety, takes about 3 weeks to reach therapeutic equilibrium
seriously stopping the med is awful
