Hey OP, don't take this as me trying to diagnose what you have or save you from what sounds like dissociation here but how long this was going on for?

Sounds similar to something I had going on a few years ago, it fucked up my shit bad cause I was still in high school and I ended up giving up on everything because it didn't feel real and I stopped caring. Don't let that happen and keep moving along knowing it can get better.

Good news is the feeling faded for me after a while and others I've talked to with the same issue said it went away too. Obviously it's a really fucked thing to be going through but you'll get through it, my advice is to keep doing any hobbies you were into before you felt this way and it's a really nice escape even if it doesn't always feel real. Whenever I had free time I just played video games or re-watched the office tons of times over.

Be open with your friends and family and I'm sure they will understand and possibly help if they can, even though for me talking about the subject was hard and really upset me cause I hated it. Also talking to a therapist can probably help more than anything, I never did but I cant imagine them locking you away over something like that.
