Why do men get pissed when a girl laments she's lonely while rejecting those she doesn't like?
It's obvious if she lonely, it's because she wants to be with someone she likes, not with someone she doesn't like. Yet I see men on this board getting pissed about that all the time.
This board is for advice.
Because in their mind they're so desperate they'd settle for anything, which makes them very intellectually dishonest because most of them are addicted to porn and they don't have the self-awareness to realize their self esteem is so shot that they can never aspire to anything more than some arm candy.
Most of the time I think it's because there's a massive double standard that they recognize: when they say are lonely because they can't be with someone they like, they're told to lower their standards or that they're a picky loser neckbeard, etc. When WOMEN do the same thing, they get responses like
>you'll find him eventually!
>they just don't appreciate you the way they should!1!
It's understandable why it makes them angry

It's retarded fuckboy men who give out that unwarranted, negative advice to each other, women might parrot it but don't go out of their way to push each other under the bus by telling each other to act stupid.

Because women have options that men don't have. A similar question would be "why are men so opposed to open relationships?"
It really depends... If a hot girl, for example, will say "I can't find anyone *I like*" it's fine by me. She has standards, it's acceptable and ok.
On the other hand, if she says "I can't find ANYONE at all", it just pisses me off because of how untrue it is because there is probably a line of guys who want her.
What pisses me off is the dishonesty, and how the lower themselves from what they truly are.
(I have a female friend exactly like that.)
