It seems as if someone found my address just by knowing my phone number and full name.
Is that possible?
I guess it is since he did it.
He put my address on a package and his name on it.
It pissed me off so much and I called the police and the police advised me to just ignore the package.
What do I do?

What is youre relationship to this person? Did the mail get delivered to you? If it pisses you off you shouldve accept the package and throw it in the trash. If this person asks about the package pretend like you know nothing about it and tell them they cant do it.

Yes it's possible.
I think until a few years ago it was hard to do with a cell phone number but these days I can google my cell number and find my name, and from there it's easy to get address.
