For a long time I've had these small, white, painless oval pustules on my penile shaft. I know it's not an STI as I am a virgin, but I still want to get rid of them. I've tried washing my junk with a Cetaphil cleansing bar, but it didn't do anything. I suspect I have these due to masterbation. Has anyone else had these? Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

You can't get rid of them. I have them too and I don't like it but it's not that big of a deal.
