Where do you guys go to find jobs? I don't want to just apply at my local grocery store.
I'm 25 with 0 certs and real skills, no degree, current job is shift supervisor at a restaurant, hate it. Using my GI Bill to go to school right now at community college but it's slow going.
I look on indeed for stuff and applied for some TSA officer at an airport near me, better than nothing right? What are some jobs that aren't just service industry stuff? I really need some help thinking outside the box apparently. Hopefully this thread could help some other people in my position, it just feels like there's no place in society for people like me.

Just got done getting rejected from one, I had a misdemeanor on my record which was supposed to have been expunged (was pot, placed on STET, paid 30 bucks in 2015 for the expunction) but got a hit on. Army looked at it when I joined and they said "who cares," go figure.

Would re-up at this point, but my dumb ass wanted to do school so I signed a guard contract instead, kill me
Broke down and decided fuck it, grocery store doesn't sound too bad, someone told me aldi's will pay almost 17 and hour for shift manager.
Went to apply and they only hire in waves, with these little events, which I missed by a day. I used to watch those shows where they documented crimes and thought the criminals were so stupid for selling drugs and robbing people, now I'm not so sure
Bumpan, I just really want empathy at this point, feel like nobody cares (which nobody is obligated to, still feels bad though)

It's just hard, man. I barely got hit with anything, a misdemeanor that got expunged, and it really messed up my life for the past 5 years. Can't imagine what dudes go through when they do something for real.
No job opportunities, everyone looks at you like you're some baby killer no matter what you are charged with, it's insane. Oh well. That's life when you're stupid
