How do I not freak out or feel worried about the fact that I'm going to die? I got stabbed in the head and back of the ear/upper neck region last year and now it's hard to sleep, I wake up some nights sweating and under of where or why I am. I don't want to ignore these feelings or be distracted by something else, I just want to not be anxious about death anymore.

What I do is just believe in something after death, not god but maybe reincarnation, it took away my anxiety.

Well, anon, the curse of knowing that you're going to die is that it's very fucking overwhelming and hard to accept. Is something most people struggle with for a big part of their lives
There's no easy solution for that. It's more a matter of making your daily live more fulfilling or making more long term improvements
