My boyfriend'some back is fucked, he may need surgery. We are in our 30s. How can we still have an active sex life when it hurts him to have sex? Advice on positions, ways to approach that I want sex without making him feel bad about it..

I got back surgery when I was 18, yes it sucks for a bit, and recovery will be long. Be there for him, or don't. After he recovers he may still be in some pain but not enough to warrant avoidance of sex positions.

ask him about pleasuring you without intercourse. As in using toys, oral sex, and mutual masturbation.
He might not go for this though because a lot of guys seem to think of sex as being only beneficial for them. My boyfriend developed ED yet he still wont compromise on things like toys, oral, or anything else.
Make sure you tell him that having your sexual needs met is very important to you incase he does not see this as a serious issue.
