Probably eczema. Have the doctors prescribed you ketoconazol shampoo?

I use t gel coal tar shampoo. Not exactly the best smelling but does the job.

dandruff is a fungal infection. you are not eating the nutrients your body needs to fight off a fungal infection. or, you are eating things which make your body more vulnerable to a fungal infection

Might sound crazy but try washing less often? Most people think dandruff is dry scalp but it's not.

I used to have flakes in my hair and adv told me to try washing it once every 2 days. My scalp regained it's oil/moisture and it no longer flakes
