approach a group people that look like dealers, (black men ideally but any minority will do), loudly announce yourself with "what's good my niggas" while slapping them playfully (this lets the said minorities know you are cool) then ask for whatever drugs you want.
they will most likely say they don't have anything, don't be fooled, this is a test to see if your cool, slap them playfully while calling them "homies" and "niggas" and start rifling through their pockets. This may seem aggressive but it let's the dealers know that you are cool with them. When you find the drugs don't overpay, this is a sign of uncoolness, $5 is a fair price for anything.

Find a sketchy cop. The always got the best drugs.
