How to be productive, organized and efficient.
I'm killing myself because I can't get enough done to a high enough standard daily and it's affecting my social life now because I'm pulled down by the thought that I have so many things to do and things can't get better until I finish more things.

I'm just a disorganized person consistently behind on everything and not being able to function.
I have a long list of shit to do and it never seems to end and I'm having to cancel with people because I can't relax until things are done.
How do you organize shit? Do you keep a notebook? Organization app?
