Started working mornings and work 9 hours. I get an hour break which I use to take a nap. But when I leave work I sleep the entire day away anyway. What can I do/take to keep me up?

start exercising; your body might not be used to the strain. it might not seem like you're doing a lot at work if you're sitting at a desk, but you use up a lot of energy.
either this or you might need to change your diet/might have a vitamin deficiency. make sure you're eating consistently and healthy. stop drinking coffee if it's not helping you; too much caffeine can have the opposite effect.
make sure you're getting the same amount of sleep each night and get on a schedule; if you have an uneven sleep schedule, your body can't properly repair itself and will borrow from the next day's energy, making you more prone to being tired.
if you've tried all this, you might be stressed as fuck and need to focus on finding ways to destress and cope better.

Go to Walmart and get yourself a big old bag of Trail Mix. Many flavors available. But you can get a bag and just munch on that all day. It gives you energy, protein, and vitamins you may overlook. It also curbs some cravings, so I dont crave a bag of Doritos or McDs anymore.
Hopefully it gives you energy. Eating a lot in small doses also kickstarts your metabolism
