the wife and kids shtick doesn't make people that happy these days and more and more people are discovering independence and self exploration. like every other lifestyle it has its flaws but you are not even remotely close to the only person like this.

if you feel sad or lonely invest in some friends or what have you, but if you're happy and fulfilled i wouldnt worry. it doesn't mean you have to go get a wife and kids if you arent fulfilled, it just means you need to do more exploring.
