Is there a 'normal social cues' youtube examples for asperger people? I saw this article:

And it really unsettles me how someone can tell i'm aspie just from my odd posturing and smile.
this seems ... embellished

it describes me really well besides the flowery parts at the end and some of the childish stuff.
Anyone know any good autism blogs?

does it? i'm autistic girl and I could say the same thing but I'd have to be pretty far up my own ass to think people actually see these things and not just a weird poorly dressed hermit.

too painful to read past the first few sentences
far too emotional, no rational basis for criterion displayed
but people can tell you have aspergers, often it's the high IQ, left handed, arrogant variety
I remember a older guy saw I was walking like putin; which I do.
he had aspergers as well, so he threw something to/at me to see which hand I caught it with
The usual gait is a common give-away, I for one never feel comfortable walking unless it's at a march.
I have long suspected napoleon had the same issue
some people work it out because I don't react to pain much, of course things hurt but I ignore it better than most
also the fascination with catching animals, godamn as soon as I see an animal I try to put it in a box or somethign
and the tendency to non-verbal communication, I pick up mannerisms really quickly
as a child (10) I studdied the heinman eye and brain, and a number of other achademic texts to try and work out social cues, but to be honest I found the best resources in antiquated ettiquet guides writen in the mid 1900's
people think I'm old fashioned now, but it's a lesser evil
I still can't get humour though, no matter how much Iwork at it
slapstick is upsetting and frustrating, sarcasm I miss entirely, the only jokes I get are lexicographic, which is a very nieche kind of humour

I sometimes can't tell if a girl is an aspie or not. Probably I don't ever see many in public. Guys on the other hand I can tell instantly within the first few seconds of meeting them.
Then again I am an aspie myself but I think I hide the fact a lot better than others.

Yeah I can tell guy aspies very easily, however come to think of it i can't think of a single girl so either they're a lot harder to notice or I've just never been in ones presence.

my man you don't have aspergers. that's full blown autism.
