What's the best way to get a bunch of mp3s nowadays? I want to get a big collection of 320kbps pop and hiphop mp3s so that I can be a wedding dj. Torrents don't really work I have a specific list of songs that I want. I used to use soulseek do those type of file sharing programs exist anymore? I wouldn't even mind paying for the files as long as they are under .99 cents and non-proprietary I want the full mp3 file forever no strings attached. What's the best way to get 320kbps pop mp3s nowadays??

Why not get flac files? If you're using good speakers, it'd be more enjoyable to have better quality music for your audience.

Ok, Where can I get flac files? I'm more concerned about the source not the file type. I'll take what I can get as long as the file quality is good and I own the file for good without any weird proprietary bullshit. Where can I get specific good quality audio files where it isn't some sort of subscription service but where I actually own the file??

There is a program called Replay Music and from there you can record directly from spotify.
You can just make a playlist let it record, it will split the tracks.
