What are some part-time jobs that are in the evening/weekends that allow time for studying/doing homework? Just looking to be more efficient and make more money.

Make pizzas, its the best fast food job.
Its easy, nobody gets angry when you hand them pizza (unlike burgers for some fucked up reason)
also pizza places are often open super late and need lat night part time staff

But unless it's a really slow night, he's not going to have time for homework. And if it's really that slow, they're not going to be running that many people on the shift. Not ideal for doing homework or studying.
