Hey guys.
Is there anything I can do about sweating a lot, particularly butt sweat/swamp ass? Im 5'11 152 lbs, rather skinny. I've read about buying powders and different types of clothing, but I was wondering if I could do anything else I can do. I start sweating pretty easily when its hot and I'm in Florida so it's always hot.
I know this is a broad plea for help but I'm desperate because it's stupid embarrassing. I'll answer any questions I can.
Thanks
One thing you can do is realize we are all human and we all have differnt levels of biology. One person sweats their ass off in a room while another person can have the shivers.
Why is it embaressing to you?
I found when I stopped wearing underwear swamp ass stopped becoming a huge issue.
It's alright to be the sweaty guy. I mean is it really affecting your life or are you letting it affect your life?
Are you leaving puddles behind? Maybe its time to start carrying a handkerchief.

Hmm. I can see it the way you're thinking, and I understand that everyone's body is different, I just think butt sweating is particularly embarrassing. It's not that bad indoors unless it's pretty hot, but outside I'm drenched in that area. If there's something I can do to reduce the amount I sweat there or in general, I'll gladly try it. I know I'm particularly hairy in that area so I'm gonna try shaving it, then maybe getting a different type of body wash. Is there anything else I can do?
Oh dont shave it!!!! Thats just uncomfortable for awhile. Its a pain in the ass. Yep.
I'd say just use some Goldbond and try to wear looser fitting cloths. Maybe carry around a pack of towlets or something. Dry yourself off every now and then.
Yeah it's embarrassing but you might as well embrace it. Or move to canada. :)
Try some powder though. My fat friends use it all the time when we go hiking.

Jeez. Not even a trim?
And is sweat completely genetic then? Can I do anything about my diet?
Oh yeah. Trim it up if you must. But from personal experience that that of others just a smooth shave SUUUUCSK down there. Ingrown hairs that get infected and.. Oi. Keep the hair. Trim it up but I don't suggest taking a razor to it.
Give it a try but I don't have much hope for it.
Idk. Diet could be a thing. Google that shit man.
Im no doctor but A lot of whats happening in your body is associated with your diet.
This could be the issue.
Research!!!
Teach yourself!! You'll feel better by just doing the work it takes to achieve the goal of having a marginally less sweaty ass.
I'll hijack this thread for a bit.
How do i end sweaty hands?
Get in shape.
If you have more strength and critically more endurance you will not heat up that much in everyday life. Your muscles will work more efficiently and you will sweat less with the same level of exertion. Less exertion means less need to burn and process fuel. Less heat generated.
If you are serious start training for a marathon. Once you are fit, you are cured.
