I'm afraid of losing my closest friends. We talk everyday

Take some time off away from them. The more you exacerbate the issue the worse it's going to get. Trust me it'll work out if you do, don't you have other friends you can speak to or hobbies to hold your time so you don't have to constantly be with them?

my only other friends are irl and they live too far to do anything with. I have hobbies and stuff but I just enjoy being with them more than anything. I've talked to them pretty much everyday for around a year so I don't know how I'd be not talking to them. I have other things to do though. I just fear that if I did leave for a while that they would enjoy me not being there and when I came back I would be even more of a nuisance.

If you stay they'll only be more annoyed with you and if you leave they who knows what will happen? Honestly anon it's worth the gamble to see what happens. If you leave and they don't miss you then they weren't your friends to begin with. You really have nothing to lose here except some preconceived idea that without them life won't go on; but it will.
