If you for any reason find the content that some person publishes on the Internet interesting, it is not stalking. It is only stalking if your prime motive is to check up on the person and you do not have a deep personal relationship with them. If it is their jokes art or what have you that you are after then it is never stalking. Once it becomes about the person then it is creepy.
