Bodybfat percentage looks different on different people. It also depends on gender. Also, you can be fat as shit and still look good in clothes if you gain it in the right spots. Be more specific and I'll be brutally honest.

It has less to do with abs and shit (just have slightly visible abdominal structure) and more to do with jawline.

Depends on muscle mass. If you've got a lot of muscle, the body fat doesn't detract much. If you're pretty light to begin with even 10-15 percent is going to look pudgy. Focus less on the percentage and more on whether or not your gut sticks out.
