When I used to do language classes, there were almost always more girls than guys. When I did graded language classes, you got more girls in the higher language levels

Volunteering for charities and shit is pretty good too. A lot of the people I've volunteered with tend to be girls. This one is a little tricky though because volunteering is really popular for pensioners, so depending on where you go you may or may not have people closer to your age.

This. Find a local nonprofit org you think is doing good work, and call them & ask how you can get involved.

Seconding language classes. Also, I used to take violin classes and almost all of the students were female, too. But I was pretty young. Art classes have some women as well.
