There is something seriously wrong with me I seem to stress eat ? now im pretty fat now
(5'7-220 lbs)and have been gaining weight. I work 2 jobs helicopter factory worker ($19.15 CA/SoCal) and Dominos delivery driver fuckboi by night. I'm stressed I wont be able to pay rent or my bills and ive been eating late at night when I shouldn't. im able to pay my bills btw with the help of the second job but its beginning to take a toll on me I have no free time for myself. How do you maintain a somewhat healthy diet, and deal with stress
Also I cleaned up my bike I had in storage and have been riding the past few days usually like 9 mile rides round trip.

Do an easy home activity to distract yourself from eating. Learn how to juggle or buy some bench for home exercise
How can you not afford to live on $19/hr? Is it not full time?

stop using ad block. it sees /adv/ and thinks it stands for advertisements and tries to block it.
>>18334434
what part of town are you being charged 1250 at? i charge 1200 for my spare room in hollywood.

I live in Southern California in a studio at $13.70. It takes prioritizing, but once you learn what is really important, it's not that tough. You just don't get a lot if mindless luxuries.

>long beach
aye that makes sense yeah. still thats 3000 a month, yeh? after rent you should have 1800 a month still.
factor in lets say 300 for food, 300 for fun, 150 for bills and that still leaves about 1000 a month for taxes and car expenses.

find something else to binge on. e.g. cigarettes
or coffee
or masturbating
whatever
or magically have enough willpower to stop all that eating
I can totally relate to your situation and I believe it's unnatural for a human being to work their ass off 24/7. it's only natural your brain feels it should get some quality time. if you can't really make time for quality time (doing something YOU enjoy or find meaningful) then binging on food is a quick and easy alternative. except, it makes you fat and unhealthy in the long run.
