After I said it was my favorite look, she snapped me a pic of her as she was at that moment.
Not the most flattering pic but it made me happy.
I sent a snap of me with puckered lips and told her to put the screen against her cheek.
I then asked through snapchat if she had ever masturbated. She said on occasion but wouldn't give any details over text messaging so I called her.
We talked for about a good half an hour about random bullshit. She would not divulge said details over the phone either. Must be done in person she said. We end the convo and that's when I texted the last bits.

If by needy you mean "desperatly seeking company/friendship/anything" you seem that a little bit in the "come over" and in the "talk to me" parts.
Buuut if she spent half an hour talking with you on the phone she considers you at least a friend, I think. All this may mean something more, or simply not. Don't really know.

She's obviously interested, just chill out. Asking stupid questions like "why're you teasing me?" makes you sound unnecessarily needy. Some people are just lazy and won't hang out at your beck and call. Just be sure to make plans for the weekend.
