OP I understand what you want to do but I want you to reflect on yourself for a minute. Your room is a reflection of your personality, interests, and style. While most people have a more minimalist, and clean room without video games and such, if you think you room represents you then fuck it. Unless you are trying to change because you think it will be better live life however will make you the most happy, and understand your audience. What kind of girls do you want to bring home? Are you looking for hookups, or someone with similar interest? You can make your room look more "adult" or minimalist, or mature, or whatever but think about who you are, who you want to be, and what kind of style you really like, because at the end of the day you want to live life to the fullest, and whatever makes you the happiest.

Does the vydia stuff need to be on display?
I've always liked bookshelves with doors more than without, the one the tv is on top of could be like pic related but taller and with opaque doors.
But that is just my opinion, the idea of having stuff on display doesn't feel right, a home is not a store or a museum, stuff like that just clutters the living space as well as the visual space.
But yeah, the vydia hobby looks inherently childish, making it look more adult will just make it more cringy 2bh, the memorabilia is usually just plastic crap, you can put it on cool shelves, display cases but it will always look pretty bad from an aesthetic standpoint.

Well you're pretty neat so that's a good start. I would get rid of this ugly floor mat rug thing along with the ugly chair on top of it. Agreed with others, you should box the figurines and sword.
