How do I learn to stop being so hateful and angry at everyone?

The best way I've found to keep from being angry and hateful toward everyone is to train yourself to not give a shit what other people think. This can't be done overnight, and takes a constant mental mantra of "I need to calm down. Why should I care what they think?"

Once you get to that point, you won't be angry because you just won't care. You can get to a state of emotional neutrality that is actually pretty fucking great. Just don't become totally apathetic... you should still PRETEND to care sometimes to maintain relationships that might be beneficial to you later on.

As far as killing the world goes, I think nukes are probably the answer, but getting access to them would take a whole lot of effort. Not sure it's worth it.

Aside from any advice you would get on this thread, start doing meditation. It clears your thoughts, and lets you find and solve inner issues more easily. It won't solve your issues, it will just make solving your issues really easy.

Anger serves literally no purpose except to waste your time.

There's that ancient idiom about "anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die" and it is 100% true.

Anger can be a great motivator or a huge waste of time so deal with it wisely. Revenge is honestly the most empty feeling once it's over.

Just work on bettering yourself and doing things for your own improvement and happiness - that's the best way to get revenge. Forget about the people who have hurt you in the past because every step you carry with them on your back is one more second of your life you can't enjoy. It doesn't have to happen over night and one post on 4chan isn't going to make them go away - you need to confront them and let them go one at a time.

Go to church every week. Here church is extremely peace&love naïve leftist. Even when I totally disagree with the political message they spread. Being with these naïve good people rubs of on me and i am a little softer for a while. Just try it. Use it for your own purpose just like me. Also: once you get to know the rituals and you can participate in the repetitiveness of it, it mellows you out also
