This lady I like and I had a fun time last weekend. However, she started to become ill during our time together. Her throat was scratchy, she was coughing a lot. It didn't bother me since I love her so much and we don't spend a lot of time together. She didn't want me to do anything for fear of getting me sick but I didn't listen. We made out hard, had sex, etc. A few days later I became sick as well. No surprise.

Here's my dilemma. I'm meeting her today and she is going to ask me if I got sick. I'm a lot better now but I did have to go to urgent care yesterday and got some medicine. If I tell her, she's going to blame herself and feel bad. But I can't lie to her. She's the only person I've been truly honest with my entire life.

Is a little white lie okay in this situation?
