I was talking to my GF about my sex life before I met her and she said it seemed really unhealthy, and that I behaved in a way that was typical of sexual abuse victims.
I didn't think I had but on thinking about it for a while I can think of a few examples that stick out. But I'm not really sure if they count.
When I was about 6-7 I watched hardcore porn with my uncles friends (14-15). It was really graphic and made me feel sick.
Once I was having a sleep over at a friends. I was about 10. His older brother (16-17) came into the room and started showing us how to wank. Basically spunked a few times in front of us and told us how we could wank. We were also playing some American football game where we'd pass the ball to each other behind are legs and I remember he was resting his hand on my ball sack waiting for me to pass the ball to him and insisted I do the same when I was receiving the ball.
There was anther time with my uncle who's about 5 years older than me, I was 10-11, and he was wanking in the same room as me too, and showed me the sperm on the porno when he was done.
After typing this out I think I realise that this was not normal. But what do you think?

People could be traumatized at a young age just by watching porn so yes your experiences may have caused you some issues. But honestly they aren't that serious or a big deal m8. I didn't realize I had been neglected as a kid. I mean, not eating every day definitely had an impact on me, but I didn't really understand what I had gone through until kinda recently.
Point is, whether you "acknowledge" what happened or not probably won't have any effect on you as a person at this point.
