Hands and arms constantly go numb during the sleep, wake up with numb arms often, and today I didnt dare going back to sleep since the pinky still feels slightly numb even after 2 hours!

I cant go to a doctor, I moved countries and havent yet gotten insurance, what the fuck is wrong with my nerves??
>>

Did it go away tho?

What position are you sleeping in? You could be pinching your nerves, I have it too from time to time where I can't feel or move my entire arm for weeks.

When your hands go numb, are there specific fingers that are affected?

Any general weakness in your arms/hands?

Any pain or just numbness?

Go get it checked out when you can OP.

Just reread the OP. It's likely positional, but numbness in your pinky sounds like it could be ulnar nerve entrapment.

Back and sides.

Right now its kind of constant in the pinky, but usually its just general numbness that goes away in like a few mins.

What I also noticed is that during pushups I will the nerves set off throughout both hands, feels like a very mild electric shock.

Your bed is likely too firm. It's causing pressure to build up and punch your blood vessels closed. Find a bed with better pressure relief. High grade memory foam or latex is usually good.
