Got meme'd into "studying your passion," and realized my mistake too late into my academic career. What the hell do I do now with a bachelors in History. Been considering military. But what other options do I have? Is there any other useful education I can get (masters, trade skill, another bachelors somehow)?

Find a parallel to your interest that allows you to still pursue your interest in your off time.
I once heard a comedian say, "Never turn something you love into a job. That is the fastest way of turning it into something you hate." And it makes sense, when you think about it.
I like fucking fat woman and eating cheeseburgers. If I had to do both simultaneously for a living, I'd be one unhappy Gonzo pornstar.

Studying your passion may make you happy, but it doesn't make you rich.
Try anything really, sports, arts, languages etc etc... you might not find one that you 100% like, but at least you will have a more interesting life that most of the population if you do these things.
Most people's lives consist of work, eat, sleep, watch some TV and mabye go on holiday 1 week a year.
Take some risks and do something your afraid of.
Do you have any minor degrees?
You can go to a foreign country and teach English there. History is very oral/written heavy, so you have a bit of an upper hand.
You can also apply to Law School, or a Masters program if they'll pay you a full ride for it.
You can be a teacher, too.
I'm not familiar with the process in the United States, but in Canada, there are some programs (like speech pathologist) that require a 3 year CC degree, or a 4 year Bachelors before entering. Try doing a specialized skill like that.
Or, go to CC for police/paramedicine or something, your degree might give you an upper hand for management / promotions in the future.
Have you tried talking to your career guidance office?
Best wishes, friend.

You can either go back to school or realize that money doesn't automatically mean everything and be happy with a life that doesn't have a $300 phone.
