28yo here. Besides my gf, I don't have any reliable friends for hangint out or telling intimate stuff. It's like people just stuck their heads in their asses. We're doing what we can to meet new people, but without any activity forcing socialization such as school or work (we're self employed), it's tough as nails...

I tried walking, and what usually happens is I walk for hours since I don't have a destination and come back with sore feet and even more depressed than before.

I remember once while walking seeing an old man in his 40-50s in shabby clothes carrying a plastic blue bag with drinks slowly walking along the edge of the kerb, and at every sign pole and lamppost, he'd do a circle around it and then shamble along to the other side and circle around the opposite one. I thought to myself, I should kill myself way before that happens.

My 30s have been better in pretty much every way than in my 20s. Being single in your 30s is great. The whole world is open to you, you have more potential gfs and sex partners than ever before, and you can do all the things you couldn't afford in your 20s. It's literally the best decade of your life. The best balance of still being young while not being restricted by lack of funds or experience.

I'm 33 now. When I was in high school, and college, having girls around was pretty easy. Even the military was fine. I ended up being sent to prison on a drug charge for a couple years. Nothing happened to me in there or anything, but it's been about 4 or 5 years since I've been with anyone.
