If it's because of stress you have to figure out what is stressing you and remove it.
Ultimately if it's the job itself you may have to find a different job.

fug, it's my second job and I can't really get a reference for my first one, there's a blank hole in my resume and youth unemployment is already insane in my country

Being a waiter is one f the most stressful jobs out there and if you're not cut for it you'll only damage your own health, maybe even get fired down the line.

Try and do some mental work and see if you can get better at handling stress, otherwise you should really find something else to work with.

Could find a less stressful waiter job somewhere.
