I'm having a hard time falling asleep. I've tried a few things including: opened window, sleeping naked, f.lux on pc and nothing is working.
What do you do to get a good night's sleep?

Try sport, skip one night entirely, black out windows (block street light), stop being fat ass, learn how to meditate, ignore your daily stress, take multivitamines, stop drinking coffe, energy drinks, start eating real non fast food.
If nothing works, go see doctor. Being for 3+days without any sleep will turn you literally crazy.

I have sleep problems since many years ago. I fall asleep at 3-4 each day. I have developed a habit, which is one of those bad habits I want to leave, of using the smartphone in bed to listen asmr videos or other videos to distract my mind from thinking about my problems.
It works, you relax a lot listening asmr videos for example but now I need to do it every night and it has become a habit I can't break.
So, my advice is not use your smartphone in bed. Also making sport or something that exhaust you is very effective.
